Extreme Jogging - Actifit Report Card: August 1 2018

Today was my last day at home before I start work tomorrow and I had to make it count. Unfortunately my Achilles is still hurting from the mountain run, so I reverted to hiking, cycling and a bit of table tennis.

      Take care of Achilles - it can get very problematic if it becomes a cronic inflamation. Try to ice it, put some ibuprofen cream on it and of course, less uphill running.

      Thanks, great advise. It is already cronic... I've been trying to shake the injury without luck for two years. Maybe the problem is that I love uphills so much.
