Take care of Achilles - it can get very problematic if it becomes a cronic inflamation. Try to ice it, put some ibuprofen cream on it and of course, less uphill running.
Thanks, great advise. It is already cronic... I've been trying to shake the injury without luck for two years. Maybe the problem is that I love uphills so much.
