My Actifit Report Card: October 25 2019
Hi my loving actifiter,
Here is my today's health report prepared by the actufit app.
Though today is my holiday but my activity by walking is awesome.
After long sleep woke up late, my activity start after JUMMA PRAYER.
Today my elder daughter had abacus training long 2 hours. I have to wait there, but I am not act like lazy. I am very active by long walking inspured by the actifit app.
Today hoke day was cloudy and cool weather. I enjoyed this weather during long walking.
I also need extra movement to go courier office to collect a parcel which sent my cousine from my village at Hibogonj. He sent lot of fresh banana fruit from my village garden. Exactly two type of banana he sent. Thanks a lot to my cousine shaheen.
