I wasn't able to engage in any workouts today morning even little because I was late for work. However, I closed from work early today and while I was riding a bus home, I heard Michael Jackson's Billie Jean song playing from a fellow passenger's phone, I got activated immediately.
When I got home, I danced to all Jackson's Pop songs and I must say that I felt good afterwards. God bless Michael...
Tomorrow I intend to do some jogging before heading to my workplace.
