又开始跑步了，天气一会冷一会儿热的。前两天还穿羽绒服，今天已经传短袖了。是厄尔尼诺现象又严重了吗？
有点不太好的是，今天跑完步还去711吃了点东西。不知道会不会跟昨天一样，又白运动了。
迈开了腿，没管住嘴。。。。。。。
明天坚决不能加餐了。 +——！
