I can’t let this pass, 11l steps on a Monday! Busy day roasting coffee all morning and then putting together pallet racking and cutting up wooden boards to make shelves on it. Throw in moving around a tonne of green coffee in 60kg sacks and it’s been like a full gym work out. But I really do ache now!
