Heute gibt es nichts spektakuläres zu berichten. Neben meinen geplanten 10.000 Schritten, habe ich noch jeweils 100 Liegestütze und 100 Sit Up's in insgesamt fünf Einheiten absolviert.

Mal sehen was der Rest der Woche so bringt.
