MAP Rewarder Earnings News
This is a short message to MAP Rewarder delegators, as well as to the curators being supported with upvotes.
As you know, there was a glitch in setting up and running the HF20 update on the Steem blockchain. This resulted in many hours of activity being lost. I hope the next attempt will run smoothly, but there is always the possibility that some more downtime may be needed.
This will be reflected in this week's earnings; the Steem blockchain's upvote value has dropped in the last 24 hours, as have other income sources. This earnings weakness may also be carried forward into next week as curation income reflects the inability to upvote during any downtime.
There has also been a significant uptick in the prices of both STEEM and SBD, this within a background of another slump in the general crypto market. This may mean that HF20 is being welcomed by outside investors. I also expect to see renewed activity with SBD as the print rate will be increased again.
So, some rather mixed blessings today. My apologies for potentially lower earnings during this transition to HF20, but it may be the springboard to more vigorous activity moving beyond this setup phase.
