I knew that my friend @angelro has another plans for me and my other half @cicisaja for this contest, but I'd like to share one as participant too😂

Cici has had a small accident with knife two days ago, She's cleaning the fish that we bought from the supermarket, the fish cleaning man didn't does a good job on that fish, so Cici has to re-clean it before She made me My Fish Soup. Accidentally, she misplaced the knife and cut her left thumb. I run to the garage shop to find a first aid band, but then She told me to get these leaves.

I gave her the leaves after washed with clean water. She chewed the leaves and put it on her wounded thumb to stop the bleeding. When the bleeding stopped within seconds, She put on the first aid band, send me her best smile and continue her works till it done. Well, this is not the first time I saw her using any of the plants we have in the garden for the treatment purposes. She was using the Bilimbi fruits to clean her nails and told me it was a manicure services from the nature 😂 better than beauty care does.
peperomia pellucida or Chinese betel is useful as anti-inflammatory, but my wife use this as salad and to stop the itchy feeling caused by ant's bite or mosquito's sting
She always make me smile with her unusual ideas about using anything that categorised as weed or waste and turning it into something useful. You know, she's the one who asked me to collect the dried cow dungs for fertiliser 😂🐄.
her disagreement with my idea to buy another plastic pot for my bauhinia flower, gimme another ideas to use the abandoned waste of woods from the mosque's construction and turned it into a big pot 👷
I don't need to tell her any jokes or think harder to make her smile and come up with another ideas about turning bad situation into something worth to laugh at or take a lesson learned from it. We've been trying to find any positivities to help each other and others too. why don't you share the good deeds of your actions so far?. We will lose the chance to enjoy our life if we keep talking about our pay it forward actions.
that smile on her face is the only thing I need to stay beside her forever, She's so happy when I agreed to take her to the book launched last Wednesday, I knew She wanted to see her friends who is the Author of the book and other Acehnese friends, who I can tell you that all of them are men😳
Every time we have a chance to meet her friends, I can see that She is look more beautiful because she changed jokes in the language that I don't understand, but She'll tells me later at home. I have more friends now, and I can build another good network with them.
See, friendship is the best way to make a positive move in your life. Engaging is not hard and you'll find many positive consequences to enjoy your life.
The first picture is chocolate sweets, one of the special and unique souvenirs from Mekkah, Saudi Arabia. My nephew who has came from the pilgrimage last month gave us as a travel gift.

We need to take care of night mode of that phone, luv😯, couldn't find a good photo to add in the next post😡. My S3 only 5MP, never found such a bad camera than this before.
Anyway thank you for not taking any picture of my wounded thumb😉, it's getting better now and you csn see how the blood fiber mending my skin beautifully.
Naahh.. You know that I am not so camera minded and better stand as your model rather than as photographer 😂😂, uhmm.. Do you think we need to claim that all the pictures in our posts belongs to our smartphone?

Thank you @coolguy123.. the chocolate is well-known as stone-chocolate, because everyone will think it as stone from a distant but when we eat that..it's so soft and delicious..we don't even need the teeth to bite it. It will melted in our mouth.

You speaks your mind through your post, it doesnt look like steemit blog post, rather like talking to others. As always this post too is homely with those lovely snaps that really taken back to my old not so city homes then where there was enough space to do some cultivation..
Do the first photo is something that the fruit is growing in ground having brown skin that when we peel it white in color, mostly little cylindrical in shape. We call them as Tapioca. We boil it and it will become soft and ates it with chilly chutney and all...
And I think the second snap, that plant too seen in my homeyard.
Then the smile from both of you that makes this post lovely...Thanks for the creative mind to make this and posting in my contest.

The first snap is chocolate sweets, not tapioca. The second snap is cassava, and its roots can be made to tapioca 😁.glad that you like this kind of post, you know that writing a story like this is my habit 😁, I am not a professional writer, I read something I know
No one is protessional writer it seems.. but we gets altracted to un professional write ups because they are most likely coming straight away from the heart, without any additional masala, the way we speaks to others. So many ot your posts I gone through have that essence.

I don't think cici will wait till the tapioca ripen, you know... When you take the leaves all the time to consume, it will take a year or more to get the tubes. But I will share it when we make it
haha, Ok, And I think the two catagories of Tapioca would not be same. Yesterday we were having it for dinner but by the time I came back home, it was already cooked and was in the dining table:

This food called as ongol-ongol, made from tapioca or grated cassava tubes and sugar, coconut milk, a bit of gelatinous powder. This is made by my sister' mother in law, the most delicious ongol-ongol I ever have eaten.
Maybe I will share the recipe later when cici made it for me.
Thank you for posting this, and more surprise that you people too uses Cocount as daily part of Cooking. In our home minimum two cocunut required everyday as most of the dishes we make usinggrinded Coc unut and its paste along with other masala items.
Happy to hear about the relative's visit and the family bonding. And coincidentally @cici Maam and my self were discussing the same. and shared photo of one of the recent family get together too. Have a look when free.
