Monday - December 2, 2019
Today I do nothing. I am not in the mood. It snowed but after I freed the car it started raining. I took the bus-kid to the bus stop and went back home. Around 7:15 I drove the youngest to school and after that I fed the wolves. They felt more enthousistic as I. My hands were partly frozen and purple.
For the first time in two years my old coal stove burns.
I let it repair and did not dare to use it last winter. The job is very badly done by a specialist and the door hardly closes. This means a big chance there will come smoke in the room. The room is abiut 4x3.50 meters and once was our living. It is my youngest's bedroom now. I hope I can heat up the place a bit with this one. There is not much wood left from last year and I cannot buy for this winter. The wood a teacher promised never came and if I doubt I can use it if it is just cut.

I posted Mal nichts tun (D) / Take a break (En) since that is what I am going to do.
If the rest of the house wouldn't be that cold (cold draft) I would fall a sleep in front of the fire. Now I have one ice cold shoulder and still my beanie on inside.

I told you I would not do much. It is nice to sit in a partly warm house for a change.
I picked up the youngest and it started snowing again. I made a start with cooking. I could not finish it because I had to puck up the bus-kid.

I wrote Companionship and connections I can count on..
And now I go to bed. I am tired and my warm water bag is already filled.
It is good to be single and not to have explained why I like my bed more as hanging around and watching tv or keeping someone company and listen to their blah blah blah.
I still have NaNoWriMo left but am not in the mood to post it.

I hope that you are able to get wood. I am sad hearing that you are cold. I have not had a writing bone for a week and finally I wrote last night. I so admire how much you write. Take care and sending warm thoughts your way.
@wandrnrose7 don't be sad. I guess I survive this winter too. I am happy the children are at school most days including this Saturday. I have a bit woid for some days, a gas stove that can heat up a small room amd if not we go for the electricity (unless there is no power). If there is no other way we all live and sleep in the same room to stay warm. 🤫 People lived like that for ages so we can do it too.
If the firewood that teacher promised comes after all I think it can not be used because it is not dry enough but I can save it till next year. For now we live by the day. It can get 4 times colder in Februar.
I try to keep writing even if it is less as I intended. I guess it keeps me alive in some way even it is not all that special..Thanks for the warm thoughts 💕
