Companionship and connections I can count on.
@team-ccc asks us What the community (= its members) mean to me.
Each community, club or society needs some people who make you feel welcome.
If they are not there it is an empty shell.
I have most contact with @gertu, @olivia08, @marblely, @myjob, @felixgarciap and @freedomshift.
Except for @gertu and @myjob we all host a contest. I could say the contests build a bond but this is not true.
We are the ones who communicate most. Some members I meet elsewhere where too. We freewrite or join the same challenges.
We comment, make compliments and encourage each other and... are willing to translate, explain and invest time in it.
We have various backgrounds, cultures, live in different parts of the world but appreciate each other
and share parts of our lives and not only by joining contests.
Some members grow fast and you only meet them once or twice.
The community is not important to them. Once a bigger fish they do not care about newbies or those who gave them a hand. They came to collect not to connect.
Is CCC different from other communities.
I don't think so except we mainly swim in a different part of the sea and... you can count on us.
CCC brought me companionship and connections I can count on from all over the world and being close to them means a lot to me. I wish you the same.

Well said and that's I love you so since I knew this community it gave me more strength. Many people in steemit, most especially the one who brought me here was no longer active because of the value. They mind it not the community. And thank you that I found a #ccc team who accepted me just what I am.
@olivia08 It is no matter if it is the members or the contests. We share a lot by joining them. You are a great person, ambitious and willing to share, you are generous, there is not one reason not to like, love, accept you. 💕

How true, many came or come here just to collect. All take but not give and to them, a wish of good riddance is enough. I think in any community, only a handful of members are truly members, members who care about the community. The rest just comes and goes as they please with nothing much in between. It is a sad reality but for those who make the community work, are the ones who matter.

@marblely I agree ccc is not different from others but I find it hard that in such small community greed plays a role and the lack of a helping hand of those who grow. Enough said about it. We have a great group and will grow one way or the other. Happy day. 💕
