What is cooking?

This is my entry to @qurator's Tasty Tuesday.

Yes, I woke up early (4 am)

and I dragged myself out of bed but I am not in a great mood.
Good thing no one finds out since I am alone.
I had it with the rain, my health problems and the cold inside. The laundry is in the living and the first thing I smelled as I entered the room was mold! I sniffed at each part laundry and found the 3 stinking items (a towel and two washcloths). Later I will wash them on 90°C and if that won't work I throw it away.

Each time I tried to write via partiko the app restarted. 😖 What is wrong with Partiko? Over two weeks no notifications and there is no way to get your partiko-points in Steem. Is @partiko hitting the road like many did before them?

How safe is the blockchain?
Better as a bank? I have doubts about it. You can use (you = me) the steemit wallet but there is no history, no prove you transferred. Esteem can not help either. How many apps does one need to figure out everything? The replies, comments, if you are mentioned by someone, to post, to pay, to transfer, to delegate, to buy tokens, sell tokens, transfer tokens... No, steemworld is no option to all of it especially not if you struggle with a slow connection.

Kruidnoten (spicy nuts)

They have a lot in common with dogfood but smell and taste better.
You can make cookies out of it or a huge "doll" if you have a some baking mold.

Here is an example. It is about 51 cm tall (20 inches) and a cookie of that size does not fit in my oven.

What you need:

• butter (150 gr)
• brown sugar (140 gr)
• flour (300 gr)
• baking powder
• salt (0.5 teaspoon) Some water or milk if needed (5 spoons) and the next
• mix of species (4 teaspoons) (6) cinnamon, (2) clove powder, (2) nutmeg powder, (1) white pepper, (1) aniseed powder, (1) coriander mix it all together use 4 teaspoons of it.

I added ginger powder to it because I like it.

I use the bakingpaper more as one time. There is no need to throw it away.

If you make kruidnoten you make tiny balls out of it. Relaxing to do for moody me. My dough is enough for four times in the oven.

If you wonder... I indeed ate from the dough. 🤫 . I gained 1.5 kg (3 pounds since yesterday and only ate soup. Not good for my mood.).

If your oven is as bad as mine and the temp only gets higher do not make those balls too small, check the temperature and use a cold baking pan.

Oven temp: 160-180°C (320-350 F)
Time: 10-15 minutes.
