Monthly Report(CR & Steem Greeter)- DEC' 2020
This is my monthly Report(DEC' 2020) as a Country representative(Bangladesh). I have been assigned the following tasks:-
- Greeting Achievement 1 in Newcomer's community.
- Weekly Status Update for Bangladesh(Active/Dormant users in Newcomers' community).
- Community Curation (Bangladesh) with @steemcurator07 account.
Greeting with 03 Account in Newcomers Community - DEC' 2020
In this month almost 32 people post their intro in the Newcomers Community and all of them have successfully passed the Achievement 1 program. I had voted all of their content and comment on their post by providing the link of all active communities of steemit. I also provide the information link of all running contests.

Curation with 07 Account- DEC' 2020- Bangladesh
The CRs from Bangladesh got the chance to curate all the active users from Bangladesh 2 days each week (Thursday and Friday) with the @steemcurator07 account. In these two days, we try to use the community account synchronously by following the team copy sheet. In DEC' 2020, I have curated 190 posts(Including, diary-game, contests, music). All the posts I voted with the community curation account has presented in these sheets :

Supporting Bangladeshi people by @steem-bangladesh
We are regularly trying to supporting all BD steemit users in our community. We regularly update a lot of contests. Besides this, I also run another community @world-of-cricket with @damithudaya, @boss75, and @toufiq777. I had given 7 contests in DEC' 2020 including Writing and Comment to increase community engagement.
Conclusion
The list of active members is growing every week. We all have delegated our sp to our community account to support our members through our @steem-bangladesh community. We try our best to support every member.
