WINNING!

This was actually the first contest I entered, not because I thought I could actually win, but because it seemed so fun to participate in, and it was.

It was the Prepper Cook-Off Challenge and my entry for it is HERE. There were only 8 entries, but they were all entertaining to read and see what was created based on the contest criteria. @roselyn028 made Rice Crispy Treats which I thought was a great idea and I'm still trying to wrap my head around how she got the rice puffy, but I was impressed with that entry and it was fun to see her whole family gobbling them down.

I really got into it despite the ingredients I had to work with. I truly despise Pork and Beans, but that was one of the main components. I also learned how to make crackers and these were really tasty and I'm definitely planning on making more.

Thanks @makesushi and how appropriate I see your name here bc last night I made sushi for the first time! I so didn't know what I was doing and accidentally bought seaweed strips, not sheets, so it could have presented better, but it was great and am looking forward to improving on my sushi game.
