2. Kik is quitting Ethereum for good
According to Coindesk, Messenger app maker Kik announced that it will quit Ethereum and will continue to develop its cryptocurrency Kin on the Stellar network but did not disclose the exact date.
Livingston said in a release:
One Kin on one blockchain. That’s our vision, and our strategy continues evolving as we work toward building an infrastructure that supports this.

3. Coinbase-backed Startup Launches $799 Home Crypto Miner
According to Fortune, a startup company backed by Coinbase announced the launch of a mining machine called "Coinmine One", which is priced at $799 and is characterized by quietness. But it uses ordinary GPU chips, not enough to tap bitcoin. Ethereum, Ethereum Classic, Monroe and Zcash can be mined. And comes with an operating system, the owner can add other currencies.

It is a good miner @steemchoose and I hope they will develop more things like that for Bitcoin only.
To mine Bitcoin need Asic miner and they are just too loud to put them in house. I used to own a few Bitcoin and Litecoin miners from Antminer, despite I put them in basement you could still hear the noise upstairs.
