Happy Easter!!

HEY PEEPS!!

I'm just writing this to tell you that I'm taking a short break for Easter.

Or Resurrection Sunday/whatever you may call it. We are spending a lot of time with family. Today I went to my mom's house and had pizza, the children got fun gifts. Outside toys...a couple water guns, a couple giant bouncing balls, bubbles, and sidewalk chalk.

Tomorrow we're going to my mother in law's. I won't be steeming much...I have some articles lodged in the back of my mind though, including:

• An article about the MTHFR Gene mutation

• Continuing the "My Life Is Based on A True Story" series

• I was nominated for the black and white photo challenge again, this time you choose a theme. I want my theme to be spring, but it snowed last night! So that may be a while yet...

Also, here is a recap of my week on Steemit:

• @paradise-found reached 2500 followers, and he tagged me as a good friend here and I was waaaay honored. We live in the same area, but have yet to get together.

• @thealliance chose a couple of my posts to be highlighted for their "eyes on" issue here. This is always a delight for me!!
  One is the grumpycat post. @grumpycat is still very complicated in my opinion and I have yet to figure out his motives.
  

• The love it/shove it challenge seems to be dying down, but I estimate a good 250 people participated!! For that I'm very pleased!! It could pick up again after the holidays, we'll see. Either way, I hope everyone got to know their fellow Steemians better!! Sorry if I stopped commenting on them all. I feel kinda bad, but they were coming in really fast for a while there.

I know this is bad for my popularity, but I have a tendency to go into hermit mode sometimes, and this is one of the times, but I love you all!! :D
