Swimming: it's very good physically and morally
Swimming has benefits for health and for morale and the psychic. Swimming is among the sports rarely not recommended: everyone can swim and at any time, it is very good for all the muscles of the body, and above all, it's very good for morale because swimming has virtues relaxing.

I agree... I love swimming. I run a swimming academy for beginners , late learners and toddlers. I have taught swimming to hundreds of people from age 4 years to age 60 years. I have seen water transform people. And I am a complete water person :)

wow it's very interesting, I really like what you do, I too love swimming too much, I learned to swim when I was 4 years old, and it was my father who helped me learn and love swimming whether at sea or at the pool.

I have always noticed water has a calming and soothing effect on me. Our home looks out on the Maas, a big river. Especially when I bike home from work and cross the bridge and that massive body of water, I just feel myself taking a deep breath and letting go of whatever it is I was holding onto. Water is amazing and swimming is lovely! :)
