Not yet as I wrote this post very late yesterday night and now is Monday back to work. But as Steemit staff’s response to me, RC is non consensus so witnesses have the right to enforce it or not I guess.
I've been testing rc1 as requested in the release notes:
At this time we recommend witnesses and API nodes upgrade.
Maybe there's a bug going on, so I just went back to producing on my 20.5 server. Thank you for opening that github issue. I've commented there as well.
