My Lunch For Monday

Today is Monday and we were feeling lazy. Since I had 2 eggplants left from yesterday, I just had it grilled and fried with egg. Also some children were going around selling food. Since I know them and their parents I bought what they were selling, fried lumpia. It was only 5 pesos each so I bought 8 pcs.

So for less than 100 pesos we have a simple yet filling lunch. Maybe I will cook next time hehehe. I also made pineapple juice to wash them down. My mom liked it too.
