I photographed this mural in a parking lot just outside of NYC and it is literally a mess! The black and white lettering progressively gets messier from top to bottom until it is almost illegible in it's third iteration. A humorous concept by an unknown street artist dated "2015." The 2nd photo shows a mechanical owl with a rotating head sitting on top of the building. It was apparently placed there to scare off pigeons and helicopters! I guess they don't want it getting too messy.
This is my 2nd entry for the streetartchallenge week 5. Thank you @spidersprog for hosting the challenge!
Looks like that owl is scaring the helicopter. Those things can be really messy!
