Go Litecoin!

LTC moving up.

But where the bleep is Steem right now?

Stay calm, buy crypto.

Well, only invest in cryptos what you are willing and able to lose. And your speculation might be as bad or as good as mine. And I bought a bunch of LTC when it was about 3.60 euro (~ 4 US$). Because however silent that one is in the cryptos realm, it is moving forward in developement. Where it takes others a split of their blockchain, Litecoin moved forward in a steady pace. Ready for the future, SegWit already locked in a while ago. And now the biggest news around that other SegWit one and the Cash split is easing out, investors will look for a good start. Or for a crypto that still can gain a lot over a short period of time. Of course they should go for Steem, but that one really needs to get its marketing right. And the conversion services, like Changelly and Shapeshift, back to support it again first...

Of course Bitshares is a good one to invest in too. Talking about a very cheap crypto, it beats Steem hands down. But, like you may know if you follow my blog on the Steem blogchain, I do have a weak spot for Litecoin. The digital equivalent of silver, and I do prefer silver over gold. So, yes, I have less Bitcoin in my portfolio. LTC can still gain a lot, it has still plenty of room to grow. The next ceiling it has to burst through is set at 100 US Dollar, and that I expect within a few days to happen. Why? Because it is four times faster than Bitcoin. It is way cheaper to do transaction in. Litcoin supports almost any platform, but not the Amiga yet... So, next to my VESTs in Steem, I have my share in LTC. (Time to get the Litecoin Electrum version on my computer...)

And I was to write another post actually, but when I woke up I saw that LTC was on the rise again and had to express my joy about it! Litecoin baby, yeah!

So while Steem gets sorted, I am glad to see another favorite of mine shine!

Have a great one!

Nice post! I have to admit that I have a weak spot for Litecoin to. When I first got in to cryptocurrency, it was in the top 3, just behind ethereum in the coinmarket cap ranking! Just like you said, to me it is the silver besides the bitcoin's gold! I bought my first litecoin earlier this year at around 14USD each! So I am really happy to see it around 50USD today! But you got an even more early adopters profit! Congrats! Keep on stacking it! Because Charlie Lee is back in business at the Litecoin development team, I think there is much to come! There is a bright future for LTC in my opinion!

Thanks! Glad to know you appreciate it.

Yes, Litecoin has a dedicated Charlie Lee to move it forward even more. And I will keep stacking my LTC, although I do use some for cashflow now and then. Most my of my LTC will sit tight. ;-)

Litecoin still has a lot of growth potential before it arrives at silver status.

Thanks for your advices. They are precious to me.

You are welcome, it is nice to know that!

And why you think Bitshares beat STEEM ?

They are both great coins if you ask me. Personally i think STEEM is going to have the biggest social platform behind the coin.

And Bitshares as a decentralised(as far a i know) exchanging office. Is also a big con for me.

My stoner cents

They are both great indeed. ;-)

As for being the most cheap to buy BTS is the most cheap one right now. That is what I wrote about. :-)

aaah now I understand. Because the technology is quite the same right?

Yes, they are very close relatives. If not for Bitshares, Steem would not have excisted.

I have a few! I think it is yourself I have to thank for tipping me to the silver of crypto. It has always remained a steady performer!

Good that you have some LTC mate, I do think the moonlight is silver, as there it will go. It may take a while, but it will shine like freshly polished silver one day... :-)

And no matter what, in the meantime Litecoin is, like you concluded and I do fully agree, a real steady performer, that shall remain.

That is a lovely way of putting it muckeroo!! Shining silver like the moonlight!

I agree, it is the steady performer and worthy of a long invest!

Says me right now. of course now I have said that it will probably crash and burn for a while. The roulette that is crypto lol!

But I am sure it wont!

Hahaha, yes, the horrors of superstition, I know them so well mate!
Cheering all over the place: "Yes, we are all saved! Litecoin is up, book that holiday to Indonesia, buy that new interior, let our offspring go to the best private school, becauce I was right, my gut feeling, yes, the curse has gone!"

Then checking my wallet on my mobile: "Eurm, sorry, cancel all that, we are having oven baked pizza again tonight... All cryptos went deep into the red again. Me and my cursed big mouth."

Keeping the faith mate, this time it will go where no crypto has gone before, to the moon Mr. Boom, lay in a course, take us slowly into orbit...

The course is set!

It is exactylas how you have described it. Lobster for tea and a holiday to the Maldives! Oh no wait. Big red. Its noodles again! hahahahahah

And as we wrote...

Hahaha, darn, still cursed by superstition.

It is just a silence moment in the eye the storm, you have layed in the course, we'll keep it steady as she goes... Encrypt!

Hehe, it always happens! Although its pinged up a little again! To the moooon!

Encrypt! lol!

It will rocket again! :-)

Thanks for your post since it again moved my focus on LTC. Although I do not invest yet in long term growth but am more a short term trader, I have BTS as my largest position that I plan to keep longer term. Now I may add LTC to that as well. Last weeks I didn't change my trade positions, so I may be ready for some longer term investments. LTC should be part of the mix, I think and your posts certainly moved my interest again to this coin.

It is my pleasure, as I am very happy to be an owner of LTC for the long term.

Still some BTS would be good again too, I think. Tough choices. Because I want some more LTC too...

Happy trading!

In the end, I suppose best is to diversify and maybe grow the budget for investments :)

That looks like very solid advice to me! :-)

Bitshares and EOS looking very interesting. Basically take your pick and ride the love for the cryptos at present. Cheers!

Yes, I do have some EOS tokens too.
There are much to choose from, some do really add value to the cryptos realm. Although I am a bit overwhelmed but the amount...

Cheers!

Sound advise. LiteCoin is definitely on the watch list.

Thanks, it is one that I move payments in mostly. And I believe it has a lot of growth potential.

Basically all cryptos in top 50 should increase their value over time

Yes, I do agree.

Nice blog. I was about to post a similair thread. The current total market cap of all cryptos might seem high but blockchain is here to stay and will involve all our lives. I do see a bright future for everyone that's hold's their coins with a long term vision.
