Hello friends,Happy Diwali

IMG20201114214632.jpgRangoli

I hope all of you are well, safe and enjoying the festive season well.Due to being a little busy these days, I am not able to share my posts even after wishing, but I apologize for that, but I will soon be regular..

I am very happy to know that some people are also missing me here, means, I have made some friends.😊

Since it's Diwali today,So I will share a little with you about Diwali.

Diwali is a 5-day festival that begins on Dhanteras. Before Dhanteras, all the people clean their house.Because it is believed that Lakshmi Ganesha will come to your house as a guest.

There is a lot of crowd in the markets, People bring Lakshmi Ganesha idols, firecrackers, sweets and various types of home decorations and earthen lamps from the market.

Let's start my today's activity..

I Woke up early in the morning around 5:30am My mother-in-law was already awake and they swept the house. I made tea for everyone.

My mother-in-law was busy washing and decorating the entire house.she made an archway with banana leaves and mango leaves at the main gate.

And I was in the kitchen, I made pav bhaji for everyone in the morning breakfast, it is a quick breakfast.

After making everyone breakfast, I went to take a bath Then I worshiped, I kept an earthen lamp near the basil plant while doing the puja.

Because the month of Karthik is going on and it is considered very good to run a lamp near the basil plant in this month, I tried to follow it this year.

Now I quickly had breakfast and then immediately prepared jessu with a bath. Now I started preparing for lunch and my mother-in-law was still busy without eating and drinking - cleaning and decorating the house. She believes in God very much. And she is very strict about cleanliness.

It is time for lunch, my mother-in-law is now ready, We all had lunch together, I had cooked pulaw and chickpeas (chhole)for lunch.

Now I went to my room to put jessu to sleep because today if he does not sleep in the afternoon, he will not wake up much longer at night so I put him to sleep in the afternoon.

It was evening and it was time to make Rangoli, my sister-in-law was already going to the main gate and making Rangoli.

There are three main doors in our house, she could not make it alone, then I helped her and made rangoli near the rest of the doors.I make Rangoli very quickly, but not so well but yes, I make so so type, neither good nor bad types 🤭

It was time for Pooja, I took a quick bath and got ready to wear new clothes. The rest of my family were also ready, so together we all sang aarti to worship Lakshmi Ganesh.Deepawali is my favorite festival since childhood.I am very happy on this day.

My husband did not come to celebrate Diwali with us this time,so I was little sad But I know that, after the end of my examination, he will immediately take me with him to Punjab, where he works.

Now after the worship of our house is over, my mother-in-law went to light the lamp in the temple. After she returned from the temple we all ate prasadam and now we went to the terrace to burn firecrackers and light the lamp.

After this we came down and everyone quickly made dinner together in which we made kheer(rice pudding),paneer ,vegetable and kachoriya.

So that's all for today, I am very tired now but still I shared my post as early as possible...bye bye see you soon..

Thanks for your love and support..
With regards @jyotisingh
