산책jsj1215 (86)in #kr • 2 years ago 날씨가 풀려서 간만에 저녁산책을 하였네요. 생활이 변하면 체중도 변하는....덜움직이고 더 먹었더니 체중이 늘어나네요. 늘 긴장하고 체중이란 녀석을 감시해야겠습니다.
더 드시고 조금 더 움직이시면 되요 ^^
지난주 초에 비해 날이 많이 풀렸어요 !
