When it is summer in Florida...
...it will rain.
These are macro shots I was able to capture during and after a rain storm in Florida on August 27th. All shots were taken using a Canon 80D camera with a 70 - 300mm lens.
The first shots are of rain as it was falling down, ricocheting around off the puddle like a bunch of water crystals.
The next few shots are of water droplets that were settling at the tips of leaves as the storm was coming down in buckets.
The next two shots are after the storm had left and evening had arrived. In the first shot, you can see the reflection of a light post in the water droplet that was about to fall and hit the ground. In the second shot, you can see the starburst reflection of the flash off the camera in the newly formed water droplet.
Though it is not fun to reside in a state full of rain-filled afternoons, nonetheless it makes for some really beautiful settings for photography.

Though you have said macro shots, I am considering it micro level thinking and finding beauty within the small droplets of water. When one will see the photos deeply, will find creativity inside. Thanks for sharing great photography.
