Congrats! It will take me a while to get my investment back, but it's a great game when it works. I am not making as much steem as you per day, but we'll see what happens in the future. I am focusing on upgrading the storage mostly though so I am protected against the fighting.

What help do you need?
If you have the Steem, upgrade the Headquarters. Then the Pharmaceutical Lab, then the 3D Metal Printing, then the Industrial Distillery. Then don't spend any more Steem. Ignore buying bouncers. Just upgrade your storage and silos so that you are in front of your drug production. Storage first, then production. Wait for 24 hours and then repeat. Any leftover drugs after upgrading should be donated to The Heist.
Actually, you don't have enough Steem to do this. (Stop gambling on Magic Dice, and start powering up your Steem Power. It's how you will make a lot of money here. But it takes a long time.
With Drug Wars, upgrade your headquarters and then focus on upgrading your storage and silos.
2:1 to drug production. This will protect your resources while you upgrade your production meaning you won't be attacked.
Don't waste any money in the game. Just wait.
