Today, the BTC market cap is $512.2B, and the Gold market cap is $12.75T. It's almost 24 times.

Now, the BTC price is around $26k. If the BTC market cap grows over the next years, and surpass the gold market cap, the BTC price would be more than $600k. However, It's gonna be a tough journey before reachaing the Gold market cap.

I think BTC would surpass Gold. Because, BTC is easier to transfer than Gold. If you wanna move your spot Gold to other countries, it's gonna be restricted for the weight of Gold to move. That means you can move it. But, the transfer value in USD is limited.

However, BTC is not such that. When you remeber private keys or save in many secure ways such as mnemonic words, private wallets, etc. You can move it in ease. Of course, there's a lot of different risks compared to Gold such as hacking, losing private keys, etc.

Let's imagine that human beings can become a multi planets tribe. If A person lives in the Mars and B person lives in the Earth, What's gonna be easier to transfer value? Human beings would get a Solar system internet someday. What's gonna be the representative of internet money?
