I started working out.

I've been trying to exercise hard than before. Because, I had been busy due to aviation work. It's a physical work. So, I was very tired and exhausted. I quit the work a week ago, and I feel better and being recovered.

Recently, I got a new job, quality control and sampling in a bio company. I think I will get used to the work quickly.
