Kimchi

As I previously said in other posts in the past, there are A LOT OF different types of Kimchi, in fact, there are over 200 different types of kimchi in Korea. In later posts, I will go into more detail about the primary varieties of kimchi that are typically served in most restaurants in Korea; however, I won't cover them completely here in this post. Seasonal kimchi and winter kimchi are the two main classifications for kimchi. Make an effort to acquaint yourself with these various varieties of Kimchi, and the next time you visit a Korean restaurant, try to identify the sort of Kimchi that they might be serving.
