Need a helping hand?...500SP DELEGATION coming your way
A little while ago I delegated 500SP to a couple of small (new) accounts and I'm doing it again. Why? I guess because I can and also I remember how hard it was when I first started on the platform. I appreciated every scrap of assistance I got and so I'm paying that forward, in this small way.
Below is a video about it so go check it out. It will tell you about what I'm doing and what you have to do to get on board which is almost nothing at all to be honest. Don't worry the video is short and I'm not talking on it so you won't have to contend with my Aussie accent!
I know there's a many users like @paulag, @abh12345, @newageinv, @curatorcat, @simplymike and my bro @tarazkp out there helping out new people through various initiatives and delegations and I thought I'd I'd give it a go, again. My attempt is nowhere near as valuable as the others however it's something and if it helps promote Steem and keeps some users in the game then it's gotta be a good thing right?

My idea is for them to let me know they're around rather than having to seek them out. It's easy for people to sit around with their hand out but that's not my style so I don't feel inclined to reward that sort of thing in others. I would have thought a simple comment saying "gimme your delegation" wouldn't be too difficult.
So far no one seems to want it though. Maybe people who follow me don't seem inclined to spread the word to those smaller accounts they know, or no one actually reads my posts. No worries though, I'm happy to keep it.

You're probably right though, I doubt many ever read what I write. Still, I had one guy ask for my delegation now so if no one else does he has a 100% probability of getting it.
To be honest, if no one asked for it I was going to give it to one of my followers randomly but I really prefer it goes to a new person.

Hey, @enjoywithtroy, thanks for your message of support. I try to give a little back as I have been lucky to receive support in other ways throughout my own journey, most often from my brother. Handing some back is my way of thanking my brother @tarazkp.
I hope a few people get on board this little thing as I know there's loads of people out there who could use a helping hand to stay focused. My last delegation drive was for two months and 250SP each for two users and both of them are pushing on with it so it had the desired effect. My brother added 250SP to a third user too! All three are getting busy and still steeming!

It hasn't been as empowering for others though considering not one person has asked for my 500SP delegation yet. They must all be asleep.

I'm sure they will come. It does seem like periodically a large percentage of Steem sleeps all at once, despite different sides of the world.
I look forward to it. I love a good Australian accent. Come to think of it, I like pretty much every accent, except for a few American ones. New Jersey gag

Hi there, this looks like a wonderful initiative, I hope I do win something out of it, that will enable me to engage more. That is something I am lacking right now, and that is also one of the reason why I am not able to succeed further. Less engagement means less following, that ultimately means less traffic on your posts , that means less revenue and all this ends up at no success.

It is a great thing to do helping people around you with things that you have. If am chosen to be delegated for an SP, it will increase my life span chances of uploading more post, giving more tutorials to the entire steem community with my skill that will be valuable to all lives, and again, I have seen posts from fellow artists as I am that their upvotes are sometimes low when their post speaks great importance to life and has great meaning. If I have this great privilege of being given the SP, I will be glad to help my fellow artists and the while steem community in just to support and curate their posts appropriately. Thanks for this wonderful opportunity.
