Introduce yourself
Hello steamers!!!
I am starting this blog to capture my fitness journey and everyday lifestyle changes that come with it. I decided to use steem it as a way to post because its a new comunity and also I cant do youtube videos.
Dont like to watch myself on video.I live in Mexico and in January of this year I started powerlifting and in May I competed at an IPF National championship. Got 5th place in the 72kgs (158lbs) category wich is not so bad for a begginer. During the rest of the year Im hopping to drop down to the next weight class 63 kgs/139 lbs while maintaining strenght and muscle mass. I know its not going to be easy but I hope to achieve this goal by november. I am not a dietitian nor a fitness trainer. I follow IIFYM and use myfitnesspal app to track my macros and calories.
I also have an adorable dog, an american akita named Frank, he's my loyal companion on my very occasional run.
