Undercover
This is a house that always manages to make me go back and visit several times a year. I was planning to take a cool photo of this beauty covered with this green running plant which seems to be ivy but I'm not really sure.
The first time I took some shots the light was not good and got some very bad photos. Next time there were several cars parked in front of the house covering a great part of it. Another time there were construction workers in front of the house working on something and so on. Each and every time there was something ruining my photo shoot.
This week I got lucky and here it is!!! The lovely house almost fully dressed in green. The windows are not covered only because the plant was cut there.
My next plan is to take some photos when the leaves start to turn red, yellow, brown and who know what color. That's going to be another challenge but I truly hope I can take some great photos.
P.S. I think each photographer has an obsession. I remember one of our Tsu friends was hunting a little bird, he went out at 6 am each morning for three weeks till he could take some photos of the little bird.
Another photographer was hoping to take some shots of an amazing tree, but he needed some fog to wrap the three. He waited six years till he got what he needed. And the photo was absolutely amazing!
So what's your obsession? :)

!STOP!A very unique house @erikah, I want to see the house directly.
What an incredible place, I can see why you'd want to photograph it. I am obsessed with getting pictures of my cat, it may sound easy, but she seems to be always moving or asleep.😁
Very interesting house! It will be fun to watch it change with the seasons. So I guess my obsession right now would be owls. We have several in our neighborhood. I see them regularly but often in twilight or early morning. I take my pictures with an iPhone so a good photo seems almost impossible.
It does look like Ivy. We had some on the back of the house. It grows like crazy.
My photographic obsessions are many and varied.
Currently I'm a bit 'focussed' on astrophotography :-)
Wow what an interesting house. I observed that the plant is still growing on top of the roof and the side of the house. It will be awesome when it finally covers everywhere

I love houses like this, it makes the homes looks so cool
Yes, looks cool from the outside and gas a lot of disadvantages that many people can't know. We had wild grapes running up the apartment building's wall many years ago. I live on the 5th floor and it was all over the balcony.
It was a great home to all the spiders and insects, even got 🐁🐀.
The other downside is that the whole wall is covered and preserves the moisture, which can cause further problems.
a very beautiful house I am very happy to see a photo like that thank you @erikah
I'm glad you like it.
Wow... that's a pretty amazing looking house, all dressed in green like that! I think it's a kind of decorative "wine" plant you see a lot on brick walls in Europe.
Our obsession around here is mostly photographing cats... as my username probably suggests!
