Introduce myself: I am a new Steemitan.

I was introduced to Steemit a few days ago, So here is some information about myself.

I was born and raised in Pretoria, South Africa and spent my hole life here. I am a Software Developer and a Web Application Developer.

Currently I am working on a Contract for the South African Government developing the Department Of Social Developments web applications that is used to protect children in need and children that is being molested and raped.

I've been working on 4 systems for them which is as follows.

• Intake - Database of persons that came into the system whether it is the child or the person accused.
• CPR - Child Protection Register that holds the information about persons unsuitable to work with children.
• ACM - Alternative Care System that holds the information about foster care and any alternative care systems in South Africa
• Nisis - a Profiling tool that will be used to profile a area to see what are the needs of the people living in that area so that the Department of Social Development can work on getting the services and requirement ready for that area.

Prior to my current position I have been developing software for a variety of companies for the past 20+ years.

Other than work I play a lot of World of Warcraft, Diablo and some Overwatch.

Love swimming and being in nature. Other than that I am just a regular guy with two lovely children that I would die for.
