Due to small or big sorrows in life, sometimes the mind becomes restless, disappointed and restless. How to keep the mind always calm, happy and enthusiastic while living in the world? If you understand the matter of destiny properly, then the mind will become calm. And there is no way to calm the mind, and all ways are superficial. One can get some relief from them, but the mind cannot be calm.
Mind is disturbed, accept that disturbance, don't try to be calm on the contrary. The mind is sad, the thought of destiny will say - accept the sadness, Don't try to be cheerful. Because the real disturbance does not arise from the cause of disturbance but from the idea of removing the disturbance. Real sadness is not sadness, it is born from this thought, from this desire, from this notion of how I can become cheerful. Accept the sadness, and you will soon find that the sadness has disappeared. Its acceptance is its end.
