Crypto Market Update - 14 April 2018

Here are todays' quick Crypto Market Update.

BTC - 12 Daily Chart

Tools used: Stoch RSI and Trendlines

Since BTC manage to breakout from the massive bull flag and close above it. This shows a bullish signal on the overall BTC trend and cryptocurrency. Now for stronger confirmation we need to see higher highs and higher lows.

I've mentioned to rally targets that will also confirm this new cycle/bull run after the 70% BTC price drop. Notice that these 2 rally targets are key level support/resistance so this can give us a rough idea on targets and confirmations.

ETH - 12 Hour Chart

Tools used: Ichimoku Cloud, Stoch RSI and Trendlines

From the volume that is decreasing and stoch RSI that indicates ETH is overbought. ETH could be losing some momentum here. However, ETH is less likely to retest those key level support lines I mentioned on the chart.

More bullish confirmation on BTC will surely affect ETH. However ETH is would take time for ETH to react to BTC's rally/bull run but surely ETH will follow.

LTC - 12 Hour Chart

Tools used: Ichimoku Cloud, Stoch RSI and Trendlines

So far similar to ETH, LTC is still under the resistance inside the bull flag. And surely if BTC consolidate for the next few days, I wouldn't be surprise if LTC breaks out from this bull flag or you could say massive pennant.

However notice that similar to ETH, stoch RSI and volume indicates LTC is losing momentum. So my guess is as long as BTC doesn't have any pullback alts like LTC will likely consolidate.

Steem - Daily Chart

Tools used: Ichimoku Cloud, Stoch RSI and Trendlines

I've mentioned several pullback signals on the chart there and if BTC makes a major move (upside or downside) it could be the catalyst but so far alts look volatile as usual when paired with BTC.
