感想 / Feeling
Lost of word. I think it's time for me to admit I'm really aged. Similar exercise routine with yesterday, but today took even longer to complete. It took more impact as every time I push myself up from plank position. It also hurt when I do sit up and leg raises. The following days, I'm thinking to show myself down on all these workout. Rather safely finish than pushing it too hard. I looked like shit today, no selfie again.
今天,我无语了。觉得身体真的是随着岁月的蹉跎和渐渐失去了很多体力/耐力。虽然今天和昨天的运动项目完全一样,可是今天却花了更多时间去完成。每一次波比运动时间帮都回很疼,然后仰卧坐起和踢腿运动时背后贴在地上已经痛苦。接下来的日子,我需要想清楚来继续我的运动,最重要是量力而为,以免把身体撑坏。今天没有自拍,真的不像话,不好意思传上来。
计划 A Plan
Below is the full plan for 29 days training. I'm going to make this as a disciplinary workout so I will continue to do. A commitment to the internet is so much more motivating than whatever I can promise to myself.

Lef raises=> Hand assisted leg lever(put your hands behind your buttock to help lift your butt higher)

希腊神话中,她是天神乌拉诺斯(Uranos)和大地女神该亚(Gaia)的女儿、主神宙斯(Zeus)的妻子。
在这个运动App 里,每一个活动都是用希腊天神的名字命名的。当中比较可怕的就是这个 Dione 和Aphrodite 。做完了手臂会变粗😅
