Hello from Tahlequah Oklahoma!

My name is Diann or Cookbookwife. I am new to the steemit world of blogging and making friends. I'm a small town country girl and I just started gardening as one of my newest hobby's. My other favorite pastimes are loving my family, cooking comfort food, growing herbs, canning, painting, photography and fishing. I am some-what of a penny pincher so I will be posting my recipes that will allow you to make it yourself or be better than store bought (I have a killer homemade laundry soap recipe that makes 5 gallons and only cost you about .20 a load)

I look forward to making friends and sharing my knowledge with whomever will listen. But most of all I can't wait to learn from others.
