A little chipmunk
If there is one thing I love about Canada, it's its squirrels and chipmunks. The latter are so cute! And they are not very scared of human beings.
The one in this photo was less than 10 yeards away from me. He stayed there for about 10 minutes, minding his own business and posing like a pro at the same time.
NB: I took this photo a couple of years ago in Leo Mol Sculpture Garden in Winnipeg, Canada.

!STOP!How cute! I wonder if we have chipmunks here. We do have squirrels and I've seen plenty of them but I've never come across a chipmunk. Would be beautiful to watch him minding his own business 🤩
Yes, it's adorable. But unlike squirrel, they don't get defensive when you walk near them.
I didn't come close enough to see if a squirrel was defensive so didn't know about that :) They always climb up the tree and jump from one branch to another :)
Aww, what a little cutie pie! We don't have them in the noisy city :(
I live in a city that is considered small by Canadian standards. Many forests and parks, so the noise is reduced...
Maybe you can find them here at the outskirts of the city. There's a park nearby, once I saw a squirrel and wanted to take a photo but a little girl ruined the whole thing. She saw it too and started screaming, shouting to let her mother know about it. Obviously the squirrel was gone in a second.
Even though squirrels are used to humans, I believe they are quite territorial. When I walk near trees, I often hear them hissing or trying to scare me. They can be aggressive apparently.
I know very little about them exactly because of the fact that they are not very common here. However, that girl should be thought not to scream unless she's in danger :)
I agree with that.
Where do you live by the way?
I live in Romania.
so cute ! its cheeks are so full and i love the stripes down its back so much <3
