Mushroom soup菌汤

It is said, " Eat the soup before meals, slender and healthy", how important the soup is for us. The soup has been the most important since ancient times . While the southerners are more adept at soup than the northerners. Usually we eat the soup after eating , but in the south they eat it before meals. It seems quite different between the south and the north in China.

This soup is mushroom soup which is light with fresh mushroom in a unique ceramic pot , you can see two pieces of mushroom in the pot , the taste is very light, it can be regarded as the appetizer soup before eating sashimi.

俗话说：“饭前喝汤，苗条又健康”，汤对于我们来说多么重要。自古以来煲汤就是饮食文化中最重要的一环。而南方人更善于煲汤，且饭前喝。而我们北方人好像没那么多讲究，通常也是习惯于饭后喝汤，吃完饭， 溜溜肠胃，可见饮食文化的不同。

这款汤是清淡的菌汤，用独特的陶瓷壶装的鲜菇汤，里面能看到两片香菇，味道非常的清淡，可以算是吃刺身前的开胃汤吧。
