"Steemit HF19: More Than Just Rewards...Are We On The Cusp Of Cutting Edge Apps & Better Privacy?" My Video Blog
Whenever I think about Steemit Hard Fork 19, it's easy not to consider the reward's pool and how that changed as a result. I also realize that these changes might not have set well with all Steemians, but I would like to look at the bigger picture for a moment...
In my video blog, I discuss some of what I was reading about on the Steem website https://www.steem.io and how I was encouraged by my findings.
Though rewards are an important aspect of all of this and understandly so, I would like to refer to the technological infrasture that we could be seeing developed as Steemit expands and develops on the Steem Blockchain.
I certainly don't claim to be an expert at all of this as I am growing and and learning myself. However, it appears to me that there could be some positive changes that could revolutionize our experiences on this platform that could enhance the user experience on a wide range of levels.
Again, I'll emphasize that there are no guarantees but I think things do look rather hopeful, in my opinion. I'm definitely going to hang in there!

I totally second your opinion @brrakingtonight. This is a growing community, and the only social media platforms ever built on the blockchain technology. Every second there are new members joining it and quality content is produced and shared on it. To me steemit has just began and it has so much potential which hasn't been realized yet. It's a marathon runner which will take time but will take you a long distance for sure. Peace ✌️

I"m quite new here. Is there a "Steemit - state of the network" weekly/monthly report like we have on BitShares?
Looking for stats about storage size, network traffic, need for more nodes?, development of new features? etc.
And I agree with you too. Steemit is still in its infancy and we could be lucky because we will witness its growth and success.

Steemit is still in the growing phase. People are connecting to it more that ever. Some are joinning because of rewards, others are joining because of networking. But all in all Steemit is only growing becasue it's unique. because it the first one ever bulit on Blockchain technology.
