INGREDIENTS

• 180 gr sugar
• 8 yellow egg
• 4 whites egg

• 30 gr mascarpone powder

Ingredients C

• 100 gr butter, melted
• 4 tablespoons of liquid milk

Ingredients D

• 100 gr fresh milk
• 50 gr mascarpone compound
• 50 gr vla instant
• 1 teaspoon of latte paste

PROCEDURE

1. Beat the ingredients A to white and expand well.
2. Insert material B, stir until blended. Add ingredients C, stir gently until blended. Print on aluminum paper.
