This delicious dish is my lunch today.This Seafood rice noodles is made of rice noodles, shrimps, bean sprouts, scallions , garlic and so on.Before I entered the restaurant, I smelled food.It's amazing how delicious it is.

A new study shows that filling your diet with garlic and scallions can help reduce the chance of this potentially deadly cancer.

Garlic proponents say it has a long list of health benefits, from lowering cholesterol to preventing cancer to countering colds and flu.Ginger, garlic and onion are three main traditional flavourings, which have high application values and development potentials in food industry.

这道美味的菜是我今天的午餐。是海鲜见面一家连锁店里的一道菜，叫做基围虾闷河粉。

这种海鲜粉是用河粉、虾、豆芽、葱、蒜等做成的。在我进入餐厅之前，我就闻到了食物散发的浓郁香味。简直刺激我的味蕾。
