This post is related to pineapple fruit. In Indonesia, pineapple is grown in gardens, yard, and other places that get enough sunlight. Pineapple is a fruit plant that is always available throughout the year. Pineapple fruit plants can be propagated by crown, stem buds, or leaf buds. in the biological language of pineapple fruit is called Ananas comosus.
Pineapple fruit contains vitamins (A and C), calcium, phosphorus, magnesium, iron, sodium, potassium, dextrose, sucrose (sugar cane), and bromelain enzymes. For pregnant women are prohibited to drink freshly squeezed pineapple fruit. Pineapple fruit in the gastrointestinal tract fermented into alcohol that can cause a recurrence of gout rheumatism. Diabetics (diabetes mellitus) is recommended to limit the consumption of pineapple fruit because the content of fruit sugar is ripe high enough.
