Diario de viaje de una semana en Tokio - 13
A pesar de su reputación de modernidad, la ciudad de Tokio todavía tiene algunos aspectos sorprendentes para quien viene como yo desde una ciudad francesa.
Como muestra esta foto de la calle, los cables eléctricos no están enterrados. Esto cambiará, parece que algunas personas lo consideran antiestético, pero es especialmente una cuestión de seguridad en caso de un terremoto. Los mensajes que llevan a su hijo caen en el camino y bloquean la llegada de ayuda. Es por eso que la ciudad decidió enterrarlos para 2020, cuando será sede de los Juegos Olímpicos de verano.
