Membuat Takjil Sendiri : Bakwan Sayuran / Make Takjil Own: Bakwan Vegetables
Selamat malam teman-teman Steemian, bagaimana acara berbuka puasa bersamanya ? Semoga seru dan berkesan ya.
Hari ini saya baru sempat mem-posting menu berbuka puasa saya tadi sore yaitu BAKWAN SAYURAN. Meskipun sederhana tetapi enak, renyah dan bergizi karena memakai sayuran sebagai salah satu bahannya.
Berikut ini adalah resep Bakwan Sayuran Sederhana :
Bahan :
- Tepung terigu
- Air matang
- Wortel, potong seperti korek api
- Kol atau kubis, iris tipis
- Buncis, iris tipis ( bisa diganti dengan tauge)
- Daun bawang dan daun seledri, potong kecil-kecil
- Bawang merah dan bawang putih, iris tipis dan ditumis (bisa juga dihaluskan sesuai selera)
- Garam dan bumbu penyedap rasa secukupnya (jika suka)
Minyak goreng secukupnya
Cara Membuat :
- Siapkan mangkuk, masukkan tepung terigu, irisan bawang merah, bawang putih dan air matang. Aduk-aduk hingga rata. Buat adonan jangan terlalu encer dan jangan terlalu kental.
- Masukkan irisan wortel, kol, buncis dan daun bawang seledri, aduk-aduk sampai rata. Beri garam dan bumbu penyedap rasa secukupnya, aduk kembali.
- Panaskan minyak goreng dalam wajan.
- Goreng satu sendok adonan bakwan, goreng sampai adonan habis.
Jika sudah berwarna kuning kecokelatan, angkat dan tiriskan
- Hidangkan bakwan sayuran dengan cabai rawit atau dengan nasi putih hangat untuk menu berbuka puasa.

Today I just had time to post my breaking menu this afternoon ie VEGETABLE BAKWAN. Although simple but tasty, crunchy and nutritious for using vegetables as one of the ingredients.
Here is a recipe Bakwan Sayuran Sederhana:
Material :
- Wheat flour
- Boiled water
- Carrots, cut into matches
- Cabbage or cabbage, thinly sliced
- Beans, thinly sliced (can be replaced with bean sprouts)
- Leaves onion and celery leaves, cut into small pieces
- Onion and garlic, thinly sliced and pan-fried (can also be mashed according to taste)
- Salt and spice flavor sufficiently (if likes)
Right amount of oil
How to make :
- Prepare the bowl, put the flour, sliced onion, garlic and boiled water. Stir well until smooth. Make the dough not too thin and not too thick.
Add slices of carrot, cabbage, green beans and chives, stir until blended. Give the salt and seasoning flavor sufficiently, stir back.
Heat the cooking oil in a frying pan.
Fry a spoon of bakwan dough, fry until dough runs out.
If it is already brownish yellow, remove and drain
Serve bakwan vegetables with cayenne pepper or with warm white rice for the iftar menu.
