Today's eight such healthy tips that I am putting in front of you, I hope everyone will adopt them and lead a healthy life.

Cleansing

Clean the entire face with the help of a cotton pad with cold milk. After that, make a mixture by mixing two tablespoons of rose water, one teaspoon of honey, and one teaspoon of curd. Apply this mixture to the face and wash the face after 15 minutes. If you follow this routine, your skin will always look fresh.

Good Time To Eat

Eat breakfast within 30 minutes of waking up. Do not delay breakfast after 10 am. Make sure your breakfast contains protein.
Try to keep a gap of four hours between your breakfast and lunch. Don't be late for lunch after 4 pm.
It is better to eat dinner three to four hours after lunch. And eat two to three hours before going to bed. Don't delay dinner after 10 pm

Face Pimples

Sleep Problem
