Today's eight such healthy tips that I am putting in front of you, I hope that everyone will adopt them and lead a healthy life.

Chicken
Eating chicken three to four times a week is not at all harmful to health. Chicken meat does not contain fat. Great for getting protein. Its coolness relieves sore throat, cold, and cough. The chicken breast is the healthiest part of the chicken that contains the most protein.

If vomiting and motion do not stop, fry a spoonful of celery and add a little black salt to it. And take it with water. You will get relief immediately. Take it three times a day with lukewarm water if it does not get relief.

Drinking milk daily in youth can prevent bone and joint pain in old age. Drinking two glasses of milk a day makes the skin shiny. Drinking lukewarm milk at night relieves tension. If there is a burning sensation after eating, drinking cold milk gives instant relief. Sleep is good and gives energy.
