Hi Steem Friends!

Greetings to all, hope you all are well and enjoying a happy life. I am also good Alhamdulillah.

As the name of this community suggests we have to keep ourselves healthy. And keep all your friends who are here healthy. So I am also going to start a campaign in which I will share five or six tips daily that will benefit people. I will be sharing these tips twice a week which will be around 12 tips. So one post will have six tips, and two together will have 12 tips. So these tips I will share twice a week, hope everyone will like and benefit from them.

I don't need to share only 12 tips with you people, I may increase it daily and it will become more and more. I hope that everyone will stay healthy by adopting them. And keep yourself healthy and free from any kind of trouble.

Today's six such healthy tips that I am putting in front of you, I hope that everyone will adopt them and lead a healthy life.

Jealousy
Your emotions can affect your health. Jealousy can cause stomach aches, headaches, and stress. In such cases, eating peanuts or drinking cardamom tea changes the mood quickly. Because the chemicals in it activate the happy hormones in the brain.

Soaks
Sleeping with socks on at night can cause your body to overheat. Blood flow may be affected. Sleeping with tight socks can cause skin infections. Dirt can be caused by sweat and odor. Which can make you sick.

Almonds
Soak eight to ten almonds in water at night and peel them in the morning. Add half a spoon of desi ghee and one spoon of jaggery to lukewarm milk and mix it. Eat almonds on an empty stomach with milk. Guaranteed to gain weight quickly. And weakness will be removed.

Potato Chips
Potato chips are much healthier if they are made with the skin on as there is no fat in the skin. It is rich in vitamin B and calcium. It is very beneficial in boosting immunity. Especially children should be given chips made with peel.

Green Tea Water
After shampooing your hair, rinsing it with green tea water can remove the dryness of your hair. This water also gives shine to the hair and the hair is thick. All picture is taken from the Pixabay website.

Dry Skin
Using glycerine, rose water, and lemon can relieve your skin from all the dry season problems. Mix these three things by weight. And keep it in a bottle. Now apply it on your hands feet and face before going to bed at night.
