Stir-Fried Yams
Ingredients:
-2 large yams, peeled and cut into cubes
-2 tablespoons vegetable oil
-1 teaspoon minced garlic
-1 teaspoon minced ginger
-Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add yams and cook, stirring occasionally, until lightly browned and tender, about 8 minutes.
Add garlic and ginger and cook, stirring, for 1 minute.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serve warm.

材料:
-2大山药,去皮切成小块
-2汤匙植物油
-1茶匙蒜蓉
-1茶匙姜末

做法:
