Mongolian Beef
Ingredients:
-1 pound flank steak, thinly sliced
-2 tablespoons vegetable oil
-1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
-1/4 cup dark brown sugar
-1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
-2 cloves garlic, minced
-1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
-2 green onions, sliced

Instructions:

  1. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add steak and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, brown sugar, ginger, garlic, and red pepper flakes.
  4. Pour mixture over steak and stir to combine.
  5. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 8-10 minutes.
  6. Serve over cooked rice and garnish with green onions.

中國蒙古牛肉
材料:
-1磅牛肉片
-2湯匙植物油
-1/4杯低鈉醬油
-1/4杯黑糖
-1/4茶匙生薑粉
-2瓣蒜,切碎
-1/4茶匙紅椒粉
-2根青蔥,切片

做法:

  1. 在一個大鍋中加熱油,中火煎牛肉片,煎3-4分鐘。
  2. 在一個小碗中把醬油、黑糖、生薑粉、蒜、紅椒粉拌勻。
  3. 將拌勻的醬料倒入牛肉片中,攪拌均勻。
  4. 熱量降低至低,焖8-10分鐘。
  5. 把牛肉片放在熟飯上,撒上青蔥碎即可。
