Stir-Fried Mussels

Ingredients:

-1 pound mussels
-2 tablespoons vegetable oil
-1 teaspoon minced garlic
-1 teaspoon minced ginger
-1/4 cup chopped green onions
-2 tablespoons oyster sauce
-1 teaspoon sesame oil
-1 tablespoon soy sauce

Instructions:

  1. Clean and de-beard the mussels.

  2. Heat vegetable oil in a large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat.

  3. Add garlic and ginger and cook for 1 minute.

  4. Add green onions and cook for another minute.

  5. Add mussels and cook for 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.

  6. Add oyster sauce, sesame oil, and soy sauce.

  7. Cook for an additional 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.

  8. Serve hot.

炒蚌肉

原料:

-1磅蚌肉
-2汤匙蔬菜油
-1茶匙蒜末
-1茶匙姜末
-1/4杯葱花
-2汤匙蚝油
-1茶匙麻油
-1汤匙酱油

做法:

  1. 清洗并去除蚌肉上的胡须。

  2. 在一个大非沾锅中,中火加热蔬菜油。

  3. 加入蒜末和姜末,煮1分钟。

  4. 加入葱花,再煮1分钟。

  5. 加入蚌肉,煮3分钟,偶尔搅拌。

  6. 加入蚝油、麻油和酱油。

  7. 煮2分钟,偶尔搅拌。

  8. 热起来吃。
